? Manage daily operation of Front Office Department
? Coordinates front office activities of a deluxe hotel and resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room
  assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries
? Supervise/delegates duties to all Managerial staff within the department.
? Conforming and enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulation laid down by the hotel in order to achieve
? uniformity and the required minimum level of standards
? Performs special duties as required by the Management
