| |
- Responsible in maintaining a precise operation of cellar and inventory management systems based on the resort system.
- Ensures that the operational budget is strictly adhered to and all costs are strictly monitored / controlled.
- Ensure that the resort cost control procedures are adhered to and report to the senior management any anomalies in advance.
- Recommend wines, assist guests in the choice and up-selling.
- Maintain accurate wine lists, thereby satisfying guest needs and expectations.
- To have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the company?s policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
- Facilitates the training in wine knowledge for all food and beverage hosts.
