Job Responsibilities:
Currently to response for 2 Outlets
- To come up with marketing strategies and promotion deals periodically to boost outlet sales, corporate sales and maximize brand awareness
- To project, assist, monitor & achieve outlets? monthly sales target
- To manage outlets together with all senior staffs
- To coordinate with all our current suppliers, outlets, office regarding ordering & distributing of cookie batters, gelato, tins & packaging etc?
- To ensure staff are providing excellent services to customers
- To conduct spot checks on outlets? cleanliness, maximum freshness of cookies, stock accuracy or any manipulation of reports and stock
- To observe and spot possible theft by staff and irregularities at outlets
- To monitor & up-date sales, inventory lists such as cookie, gelato, tins & packaging on a daily basis
- To control operation cost, expenses and as well as minimize wastages at outlets and office
- To interview new candidates and provide standard training to new staff
- To lookout for new suitable / potential outlet and responsible to monitor renovation work and setting up of each new outlet
- To work closely with F&B Manager at all times & to report directly to them
