Marketing Communications Coordinator

- Collect monthly database updates from hotels and ensure that all properties send on a regular basis

- Update Unique Collection and Variety Hotels master database lists with monthly hotel updates

- Remove old or partial contacts from databases with expired information (e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers)

- Create methods to sort master database by market segment, nationality, country of residence, hotel, and other categories and ensure that contacts are correctly classified when entered into the database

- Suggest methods, technology to maximize the efficiency of our database management

- Collect, manage and distribute internal database lists for employees and staff of Unique Collection, Variety Hotels, and individual properties

- Assist with database management/contribution for future rewards/membership program for Unique Collection & Variety Hotels

- Provide monthly reports on database growth & statistics

- Coordinate with Social Media Executive for Social Media database management

- Coordinate with Sales Team for Corporate, Tour Operator, and Travel Agent and Specialists (Golf Specialists, Wedding & Event Planners, Adventure Tour Organizers, etc.) database management

- Coordinate with PR Manager for media and partner database management (including TAT, airlines, and others)

- Work with Marketing Team in helping to develop strategies to increase penetration/exposure of external communications

- Propose solutions for central database management for all teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.)

- Coordinate with Marketing Team for distribution or external communications to database list, as well as reporting and analysis of the results
