Executive Chef (DEN)

Minimum Staff Qualification Requirements:
- Thai with good culinary background in both a- la carte service and group catering. Asian experience would be a good advantage
- Excellent speaking, reading and writing proficiency in English language.
- College degree in hotel and restaurant management.
- 2-3 years experienced as Executive Chef.
- Pre opening experience.
- hands on approach to the job is a must!!
- Through food knowledge of all kitchen sections, service knowledge, labor controls and maintenance.
-BAKERY background is a must

-Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities. -Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food. -Select and develop recipes, standardize production recipes to ensure consisted quality. -Menu planning and pricing, food costing, order food suppliers and oversee kitchen operations to ensure uniform quality and presentation of meals. -Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen.
