Sales Manager (Corporate)

We are looking for individuals who have solid selling and interpersonal skills and who demonstrate the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals. The applicant will have a proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability. Applicants are required to have a minimum of three years previous experience selling negotiated corporate accounts, and strong negotiation skills. A college degree preferably specializing in hotel management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.

- The Sales Manager- s mission is to promote the hotel in the corporate, government and embassy segment and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
- The Sales Manager is to perform her duties within the framework defined by the hotel and by its internal regulations.
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with the Director of Sales & Marketing for the hotel
- Ensures that the plans is adhered to and monitor its progress
- To define job responsibilities for the sales and administration staff
- To assist his team and ensure effectiveness:-
daily correspondence with clients
daily follow-ups
sales reports
record of sales statistics (sales objectives)
promotion of package
