-Supervise the operations of housekeeping,public areas and laundry for BEST WESTERN PREMIER Sukhumvit(Soi Sukhumvit 1) and BEST WESTERN PLUS @20 Sukhumvit (Soi Sukhumvit 20)responsible for two properties including timeshares
-Supervise Housekeeping Department to ensure hotel standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and public areas are achieved and maintained. budgets and forecasting administration and strong financial skills Human resources management Performance management department staff service excellence and outgoing personality
-Partner with Hotel Operations Manager and Area General Manager to ensure quality and consistency standards are met in each property
