- Maintain and further develop supportive corporate accounts in terms of bookings.
- Identify Target Accounts for Maduzi from competitor hotels- client base
- Sales Blitz of surrounding commercial buildings to uncover potential corporate accounts.
- Qualify all Target Accounts to find out potential of each account.
- Cultivate relationship and generate bookings from target accounts.
- Work closely with the DOSM of DMA, Maduzi- s Sales & Marketing Agency.
- Closely monitor the market situation by regular dialogue with corporate accounts.
- Maintain regular communications with corporate accounts either through personal visit, email or telephone calls.
- Answer all sales enquiries from corporate accounts within 48 hours.
- Submit all sales call plans on a fortnight basis
- Submit sales call reports on a fortnight basis.
- Maintain an updated record for all corporate accounts in terms of contact details, business potential, competitors information.
- Pass leads to Chom View sales person for any corporate accounts that have potential for meeting/weekend business for Chom View.
