- Thai national with strong culinary background
in both a-la-carte service and group catering.
- Proficient in both Thai and Western cuisines,
bakery/pastry would be an advantage.
- Excellent speaking, reading and writing proficiency in English language.
- 2-3 years previous experience as Executive Sous Chef.
- A hands on and positive approach to the job is an absolute must.
- Thorough food knowledge of all kitchen sections, service knowledge, labor controls and maintenance.
- Able to work at Pranakorn-Sriayutthaya Province.
