- Year of experience: minimum 8 years experience and at least 4 years in management level,prefer in hotel experience
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
- Leadership and team building skills and abilities to priorities work
- Well planning with strong analytically skill and work under pressure, willingness to travel abroad
- At least Bachelor- s degree in Business administration, Human resource or industry-related fields

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Hotel/Hostels
- To planning on maintenance work and handling customer complaints or issue
- Results oriented, so able to drive profit&loss and budget, high standards and handling customer complaints and queries
- Planning on pre opening the new hotel/hostels included promoting and marketing the business
- Develop the team, training, SOP and working instruction
- Ensure a cost effective, innovative and quality rooms/food and beverage operation in the hotel through effective product planning, marketing and product presentation with highest customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
