- Superior Communication Skills (written & verbal)
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, remain flexible, manage time and work well under pressure
- College Degree Preferred
- Additional Certifications a Plus (i.e. HVAC, Certified Pool Operator, etc.)
- Minimum 5-10 years of Chief Engineer experience at a similar size property
- Major brand experience, preferably with Starwood
- Renovation experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, manage, coach, encourage and guide associates
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Must hold a valid drivers license
