Guest Service Agent (GSA)

- Friendly polite personality with a - can do- attitude, willing to do whatever is reasonable to ensure the guests feel like they are receiving and first class hospitality.
- The ability to listen, empathise and apologise when problems arise and the responsibility to do whatever is in your authority to rectify these problems or refer them to senior management.
- Good spoken and written English, other languages will be a bonus, particularly Chinese.
- Good team work skills, desire to work well within a strong and loyal team.
Computer skills
- Basic maths, and cash handling skills
Attention to detail.

- Taking reservations by phone or in person.
- Perform check ins and check outs
- Act as first point of contact for guests during their stay and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
