The successful candidate will need to
Direct and manage meeting and hotel function to maximize revenue and guest experience for the hotel.
Participate and lead special event organization
Responsible for sales enquiries, answering telephone call and email.
Implement and follow-up on the strategic Corporate sales plan and prepare weekly/monthly reporting as required.
Survey and review competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence.
- Actively participates in sales presentations, property tours and customer meetings.
Ensure that hotel brochures, slides, sales kits and give away are well prepared and ready to use at all times
- Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image.
Be an example of the brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.
Interacts in a positive way with all team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
