รายละเอียดงาน
1. Schedules sales activities in local market
2. Develops and maintains good relationships with clients, and airline staff
3. Setup sales call, attends and organizes sales call
4. Reviews sales productivity regularly.
5. Drafts letters of sales proposal.
6. Maintains and monitors local mailing list of all major clients.
7. Screens daily sales reports and provide appropriate remarks
8. Handles all correspondence addressed to him as well as that assigned by the Sales Manager.
9. Meets and entertains in-house VIP guest parties
10. Meets important clients and entertains them when required.
11. Solicits guest comments regarding hotel services and goes for appropriate action.
12. Arrange promotional cocktail parties as per guidelines for the appropriate parties and clients.
13. Co-ordinates banquet sales and pass on sales leads for banquets and conferences/conventions.
14. Co-ordinates all promotional activities with the Public Relations Officer
15. Maintain all kinds of guest relations.
16. Does any other job assigned by sales Manager from time to time.
