Account Director - Corporate Sales

- Good Command in English
- Understand hotels market positioning for transient and group market segments
- Effective sales communication skills and personal performance
- Solicit new accounts, maintain and/or increase business of existing accounts
- Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals
- Strong overall sales skills

- Responsible for managing the relationship, qualify and evaluate accounts, sales solicitation for group and individual business for rooms and food & beverage in general within assigned segments.

- Generate new accounts and relationship building within assigned segments.

- Provide the Sales Center Team (Reactive) with sufficient leads to achieve budget/goals.

- Build rapport with key corporate accounts.

- Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis.

- Conduct site inspections.

- When required attend/schedule lunch/dinner entertainment for Key Corporate Accounts.

- Monitor monthly results and performance of corporate accounts. Explain ups and downs of their production.

- Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly.

- Performs Sales and Marketing functions or related duties and special projects asassigned and directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
