Assistant Human Resource Manager

- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience of Human Resources in hotel industry is preferable.
- Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Human Resources Professional experiences.
- Good English communication (both spoken and written).
- Good Leadership and Managerial skills.
- Accuracy in payroll documentation and reporting.
-Good computer skills in MS Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Maintains the integrity of the HR department by ensuring the confidentiality of associate details.
- Reminds and follow up with department head on the timely submission of the probation reviews.
- Prepare the probation confirmation letters for all associates.
- Is available for associates at all levels for advice, counsel and assistance with problems and queries.
