Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years engineering management experience with preference to those with mechanical/electrical qualifications.
- Demonstrated project management ability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, train and develop the team members.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of operational control, budgeting, energy saving and risk management.
Fluent English.
- Previous Accor experience would be a plus.

- Manages the operations of the hotel- s engineering department with continuous focus on preventive maintenance program, energy consumption control and management, budget preparation and manpower control, risk management and environmental charter.
- Ensures all plant, equipment, building systems and fire safety systems are in place and in proper function.
- Leads and overlooks the ongoing property improvement projects.
- Ensures all the policies and procedures are implemented according to the prevailing operating standards.
- Develops and maintains a good relationship with guests, contractors, suppliers, owning company and team members.
- Able to lead in an emergency situation and to take all necessary steps to prevent the Hotel from any potential threat.
- Ensures all plant, equipment, building systems and fire safety systems are in place and in proper function.
- Leads and overlooks the ongoing property improvement projects.
- Ensures all the policies and procedures are implemented according to the prevailing operating standards.
