Job Qualifications

Qualification
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or other related field.
- 3 years Minimum previous experience as Human Resources in 4-5 star hote
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Good knowledge of applicable Thai Labor Law
- Strong experience in payroll, compensation and administration
- Strong skill in training, motivation and coaching
- Good Computer skill
- Good command in English
