The successful candidate will need to
Supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributes to- -
- maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
- - - Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas where food handling is taking place
- - - Be responsible in planning and forecasting opening budget and control P&L
- - - Ability to integrate and cooperate well with other departments within the hotel.
- - - Strong team leader, motivator and trainer, using a hands on approach and leading by example.
- - - Patience and understanding is required, although tenacity to drive a project forward is a distinct requirement.
- - Strong desire to set the standard for all aspects of food and beverage in a highly competitive market place.
