- Effective telephone communication and sales skills
- Proficiency in English Communication ( writing, speaking, listening)

- Knowledge of basic OPERA and Microsoft Programs
- Effective typewriting both in Thai and English

Education or Certification

Guest Satisfaction
- Sets a positive example for guest relations.
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Observes service behaviors of associates and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers; continuously strives to improve service performance.

- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Reporting to work on time as schedule, and in proper attire. If tardiness or absenteeism is necessary, notify Sales Manager as soon as possible or a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled shift starting time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Distribution of all inter-office mail and memo- s (incoming/outgoing faxes, letters, contracts, productivity reports, etc)
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department on general office administration and stationary supply
- Arrange meetings, provide secretarial support i.e. typing, travel itinerary for Director of
Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales
- Coordination of all VIP and Sales give-away (keeping inventory, accurate log of giveaways, etc.)
- Generation, distribution and follow up of Purchase Order requests generated from the sales department. Keep accurate log of all PO- s
- Answering telephone in a timely manner and taking messages where appropriate
- When appropriate, is involved with customer site inspections
- Act as a liaison to Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales between sales people and customers
- Process of all correspondence within acceptable time limit (within 12 hours)
- Attend mandatory meetings
- Participate in training sessions established by Marriott International when applicable
- When necessary, assist in organization of special events with Sales & Marketing department
- Assist in other areas as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales
- Hold monthly meetings with Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales to review policies, procedures, process, training and development
- Coordination of gift certificates (approval in Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales absence)
- Coordination of monthly schedule for sales team
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales with owners presentations
