RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all time.
- To maintain good communication within the department
- To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Checks and handles all problems at the Front Desk if any.
- Assists in checking in groups, crews and FIT guests when they are busy both check in and check out.
- Greets and escorts all VIPs guest to their room.
- Handling of loss and injury cases in the hotel.
- Bids farewell to every VIPs early departure guest.
- Co-ordinates with the Night Security Officer to supervise the activities of Security Guard.
- Checks and inspects all public areas, back of the house and floor in a regular interval.
- Enters all happenings during the night into the log and submits it to Front Office Manager for management review.
- Responsible for the night daily operation.
