- General cleaning duties
- Refilling and rotating stock
- Answering customer enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensuring a clean, tidy and healthy work area
- Accurately recording hours worked on a daily basis
- Respond to the needs of patrons, including diffusing and resolving disputes or
complaints and filling out incidence reports as and when necessary.
- Attend briefing and training sessions as required.
- Handle cash transactions in an efficient and safe manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and safe lock up of Bar and Venue at the end of each shift.
- To provide outstanding duty of care to patrons and act on Emergency Procedures
including the safe and efficient evacuation of patrons if required.
