รายละเอียดงาน
- Produce bakery items 24/7
- Ensure & control product quality from production to presentation
- Monitors stock, ordering, food cost
- Work closely with the FB teams, and understand the flexibility in 5* hotel
- Implements HACCP based SOP to ensure clean working place, hygienic work procedures and high safety standards.
- Implements work practices that minimize spoilage and wastage.
- Ensures restaurants, Deli shop, banquets, buffet set-ups are ready in time and presented in a creative way, in accordance with the Amari brand image.
- Assists in the operation when necessary.
- Be visible at restaurant
- Have a knowledge about modern and trendy bakery
- Ensure & control product quality from production to presentation
