Corporate Director of Sales (Corporate office)

1. Minimum education of 5 years sales & marketing experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment
2. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
3. Be self motivated, resourceful and posses leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills
4. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
5. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible for the efficiency of the Sales Department to achieve the goal. Establish sales and marketing plan and budget. Follow, review and improve the Sales Performance Standards and Policies at all times. Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads. Liaise with concerned departments to ensure that operations deliver the best quality product and service to clients. Prepare monthly sales & marketing report on a timely basis.
