- Male or female aged between 30 - 35 years old
- Thai national or expatriate holding a bachelor- s degree, with pleasant personality.
- Energetic, proactive, takes calculated risks, and perseveres to attain goals
- At least 3 - 4 years- experience as an E-Commerce or Digital Marketing and capacity to work in an upscale hotel
- The ability to absorb information about various topics
- Language fluency, writing skills and competence in photography
- Highly motivated, open minded and energetic
- Adept at recognizing and understanding differences and trends
- Good at maintaining contacts, with good organizational skills, creative, confident, well-groomed, flexible, hardworking, adaptable, with integrity and of good character
- Possesses a drive for results through effective teamwork
- Sociable and able to attend social events on behalf of the company as per assignment

- Maximize the exposure of our properties across all online distribution and communication channels to ensure increased room revenue, decreased operational costs and optimal return on investments.
- Monitoring and reporting the key property web analytics and, when possible, drawing comparisons against their top market competitors.
- Working with either brand partners or website management partners to ensure content is optimized for searches, as well as relevant to consumers.
- Consulting with the properties on web marketing strategies to ensure online ad spending is in-line with their strategic position.
- Identifying marketing channels and opportunities that will deliver maximum exposure to consumers looking to travel, into the market.
- Developing relationships with third party vendors to ensure the property is marketed in the best possible placement with the latest, most accurate information.
- Identifying best practices and new opportunities for increasing the conversion of guests- satisfaction, and surpass the guests- online experience expectations.
- Monitoring the top user review sites reporting on any trends that could potentially reflect negatively on the hotel and its online reputation.
- Engaging the consumers through emerging social media markets and channels.
- Build credible relationships: being skilled at establishing effective relationships with customers and internal partners; promoting openness, trust and confidence in one's intentions.
- Ability to develop and sustain productive relationships; actively seeking information to understand and address guests- needs.
