รายละเอียดงาน
-To control process of work of all staff to ensure that Standard Operating Procedure is followed and under properly maintained.
-To advise and supervise staff in order to achieve results of works as planed or required by Management or regional office.
-Maintains regular and effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of all cash flow procedures.
-Perform management- s financial reporting on monthly, quarterly, yearly reports, financial analysis, budgeting, and Treasury.
-Manage the internal and external audit processes and follow up actions.
-Liaison of all departments inside business unit to solve day to day operation problems that related to Finance & Accounting.
- Co-operate with other hotel departments to defined business process for efficiency enhancement and increasing customer satisfaction.
-Coordinating with bank and government agencies.
-To finish all jobs assigned by Management efficiently by using full professional skill.
-To create good system of work to have more efficiency of works.
-Support the management team and provide financial perspective on key issues.
-Manage/mentor Finance & Accounting employees.
