- Male or female, preferable age at 21 and above
- Bachelor Degree in related field / Hotel & Tourism Certificate
- At least 1 year- experience in Hotel business.
- Have good English communication skill and other Language will be advantage
- Have ability to work under pressure and commitment to success
- Have service mind, problem solving skill and inter-personal skill
- Have Computer literacy
- Able to work on shift.

- Checks the previous shift- s work to see if anything is outstanding.
- Checks arrivals and familiarizes with the room allocations and checks guest history for arrival guests in order to be familiar with them.
- Greets and registers with courtesy and politeness. Checks care for completeness and legibility and prepare apartment assignment.
- Makes up guests folio from registration card and correspondence and updates history of all arrivals and departures.
- Helps to check the housekeeping for room status.
- Handles guest enquiry and response to their requests in accordance to the standard operating procedures for Guest Services Department.
- Balances and close each shift accurately.
- Brings forward all outstanding tasks and messages to the attention of the next GSO on duty.
- Arranges for hand over to next shift thoroughly and efficiently.
- Operates the telephone and answers all calls within three rings professionally and with the standard scripts set.
- Assists at the business center for any services required by the guests
- Performs all tasks and duties assigned by management.
