Secretary to Director of Sales & Marketing

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. Minimum of 1-2 years in secretarial, administrative experience. Exposure to Sales and Marketing function or hospitality business is desirable
3. Computer literate and ability to use other office equipment.
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Well-organized, detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and the department- s team members with correspondence, report writing and renders overall administrative assistance to the Sales & Marketing Dept., and oversee the Sales Coordinator to ensure the efficient Management of the Department. Perform efficient typing, documenting and filing for the department. Receive incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate persons. Systematically manage the mailing of correspondence, letters and send international/local messages through e-mail or fax.
