- Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image at all times.
- Use a polite language and well-groomed behaviour in his relation with his superior and staff.
- Responsible to ensure a high degree of cleanliness and that all dishes produce are of the highest quality and presentation value. Also minimize wastage.
- Responsible to accept on the job teaching and guidance and to co-operate with fellow workers to promote this.
- Attend scheduled training classes.
- Responsible for producing a high standard of cold kitchen works in accordance to set standard and policies.
- Responsible for in liaison with stewards to keep kitchen equipment clean at all times, including fridges and freezers.
- Always respect the orders from his/her superiors.
- Make sure the section follows the standard recipes according to the SOP- s recipes at all times.
