Fit and healthy.

Fluent in English and preferably can speak some local dialects.

Basic function
Coordinate and support to corporate sales person for a smooth and efficient work including taking care for office operation and administration.
- Co-ordinate the day to day administrative tasks, between clients, operation staff and sales people.
- Attend scheduled meetings as and when required.
- Taking care of function room reservation
- Control & record all giveaway items and stock of office stationary
- Handles all incoming and outgoing documents / correspondences within 24 hours from time of receipt.
- Assist sales dept. in daily administrative duties.
- Maintain and update database of clients.
- Negotiate with clients when the salespersons- absence.
- Handle incoming faxes, emails and telephone call enquiries
- Assist Sales dept. in any kind of work requested
