Bartender (บาร์เทนเดอร์)

- 1 -2 years experience in beverage and food field.
- Few knowledge of food ,drink ,equipment and service

1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
2. The ability to mix ingredients such as liquors, soda, grenadine to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to the recipes and procedures.
3. The ability to control the measurement when dispensing drinks (do not over measure or under measure).
4. The ability to ensure absolutely the cleanliness of the glassware used and also the equipment, garnishes and working area.
5. The ability to interact effectively with all department needs..
6. The ability to check stock levels or bar supplies and intimate necessary requisitions.
7. The ability to control the spoilage, spillage of beverage and record in the log book. This is acknowledge at the end of each shift by Bar Supervisor.
8. The ability to participate in stock checks (inventory) when needed.
9. The ability to respond properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
10. The ability to maintain happy working atmosphere and teamwork spirit.
11. The ability to be familiar with the hotel drink/wine list including equipment used and appropriate garnishes.
12. The ability to present the drink/wine list and also give the explanation for all the items as well as specials of the day.
13. The ability to follow service sequence , job tasks, hotel policies and procedures.
14. The ability to complete opening and closing side work assigned.
15. The ability to perform other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management.
16. The ability to make out written report of all accidents or damages.
17. The ability to control and requisite operation equipment and participate in periodic inventories .
18. The ability to promote good public relations and handle complaints of concerns of guests.
19. The ability to coordinate with other outlet managers for proper service, control and other operation requirements or the bar
