Executive Lounge Manager

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language, Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management 2-3 years as an assistant manager, Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accounting.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for overall administration and operation of the Lounge and to maintain a high and consistent standard of service in line with the administration policies of the Food and Beverage Operations Manager. Performs the role of a service team leader for an outstanding service for guest at all time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to maintain and develop an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all operation periods. Develops close relationship to the executive Floor guests and enhance the atmosphere by providing personalized service.
