- 2-3 years experience in similar position.
- Good local and English Language skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Proven track record in hotel of similar standard in similar capacity

- Ensures background and reference checks are completed.
- Processes full offer packs to candidates when all recruitment checks have been satisfied.
- Ensures that all required documentation of new hires is maintained in personnel files.
- Monitors contract end dates of temporary staff and renews temporary contracts.
- Updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Processes papers and requests pertaining to Group Life Insurance, IMS, SOS and Social Security with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinates with all concerned parties such as insurer, hospitals, staff, family members, etc. to handle all hospitalization cases.
- Updates Manpower Database (new hire and resigned) and No of staff.
- Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as Service Charge Survey, Turnover Report, etc.
- Assists in administering the Employee Engagement Survey.
- Follows up on employment contract reviews with concerned Department Heads and prepares employment contract for renewal.
- Assists in Ambassadors- probationary performance appraisals and annual performance appraisals.
- Maintains records related to performance reviews.
- Is in charge of all visas, work permit and other government requirements for expats and foreigners under local contracts (FLC).
- Prepares a monthly Foreigner Staff Listing Report, Service Charge Report, and other assigned reports.
- Prepares and runs reports concerning payroll and service charge as requested.
- Monitors employee relations and motivation program in the hotel.
- Coordinates and executes employee social, athletic and recreational program and facilities.
- Disseminates information regarding employee activities, recreational program, employee relations and hotel policies and procedure.
- Assists in activities conducted as per Talent & Culture Year Plan.
- Undertakes other duties from time to time as required.
