- 4+ years Front Office / Guest Services experience with minimum 2 years in supervisor / assistant manager position.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all front of house operations.
- Strong result oriented, people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent in analytical, problem solving skills and execution of work.
- Able to communicate well in English with the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
- Able to work independently under pressure.

- Be responsible for the overall guest experience at the hotel.
- Ensure all check-ins / outs are efficient followed the standards of service and assist Guest Experience Host in case of heavy workload.
- Always make the guest the first priority.
- Create a fun, friendly culture and a high service standard.
- Create, define and maintain smooth daily operation throughout the hotel.
- Coordinate with team concerned to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Support Guest Experience Manager to train and supervise all Guest Experience team in the performance of their duties.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel products, facilities, services and other near-by attractions.
- Warm & friendly guest interaction with cordial correspondence.
- Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
- Respond to operational emergencies.
