Account Officer - Income

Qualification

- Male or Female, age more than 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma direct in Accounting, from a recognized University in Thailand or Oversea University.
- Able to converse and write basic English
- Good knowledge in Accounting
- Those with (one year) working experience in Auditing Accounting Firm or Hotels industry have an added advantage
- Possess good sense of urgency & responsibility.
- Able to work at the night shift.
- Fresh graduate with good accounting grade plus experience in Auditing firm will be considered as well

Account Assistant - Night Auditor will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Description

- Maintain an efficient and effective filing system.
- Computer literacy (Excel)
- Post and transmit daily transactions.
- Ensure all transactions tally with their control accounts and are coded into proper general ledger accounts.
- Prepare daily sales and food cover reports.
- Summarize daily sales reports.
- Prepare list of missing checks if required.
- Ensure all supporting documents are submitted and balance against Epitome - PMS and point of sales totals.
- Ensure night audit balances correctly.
- Complete income audit checklist
