* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
* Full range of front of house services & operation
* English and Thai - Proficient Oral and Written

Responsible for the efficient delivery of excellent service and maintain a good relation with the guests. Maintain guest relations by providing special help/care to guests and by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment. Responsible for a smooth operation of the department by communicating with Mr./Ms. Friday team on a daily basis.
