Secretary to Chairman

- Female aged not over 35 years old. Thai nationality are
preferred.
- Good personality and self confident.
- Proficient in English or ability in the third language,
- Having an understanding of the Hotel market, including
all aspects of conference and events.
- Good presentation skills.
- A strong individual with the skills set and experience to
work within the sales team.
- The drive to succeed and the ambition to grow.

- Managing diaries and organising meetings and
appointments, often controlling access to the
manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and
accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and
deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations
and correspondence etc.

- 8 day off per month
- Service charge
