- A good degree with at least 2 years- experience in a similar capacity/ related industry.
- Superior oral, written and presentation skills in both Thai and English, and is capable of developing content for external audiences in the forms of media releases, invitations and marketing collateral as well as managing media relations.

Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish and maintain key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue for all KOI products and services.
2. Proactive Sales, Cold calls, direct email, client visits, and other lead generating activities.
3. To obtain 10 sales appointments per week both out of the office and in-house.
4. Analyze sales statistics and determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor guests- preferences.
5. Maintain clear lines of communication on sales commitments to all relevant department.
6. To observe the market, identify trends and monitor the main competitors.
7. Generate numbers for company to determine if sales goals have been met.
8. Drive own personal revenue targets to hit monthly targets.
9. Have extensive knowledge of competitor businesses and what business is booking with them.
10. Liaise with the Event Team on a day to day basis to obtain and share new sales leads and work together, where required or relevant.
11. Encourage full usage of all facilities in all areas to maximize sales.
12. Be present to meet and greet guests as appropriate sometimes working outside of regular hours.
13. Entertain prospective guests where appropriate, sometimes working outside of regular hours.
14. Carry out telephone sales calls to sell the facilities, products, and services as well as follow up calls to close business and maintain client account relationships.
15. Ensure that all communications with guests are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.
16. Attend Daily, Weekly, and monthly Department meetings
17. Be aware of company policies
18. Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing
19. Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered
20. Ensure that statistical data is produced and analyzed
21. Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department- s target
22. Create and maintain sales records and folders, sales strategies and sales database, actively work on growth of sales database.
23. Join external networking events on a weekly basis to generate sales leads.
24. Any other tasks assigned.
