**This position is based at sala lanna, Chiang Mai**
- Overall managing in Front Office department
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Supervise of Guest Service Agent
- To be the good leader and can control a difficult situation by self in case if no Manager on duty.
- To offer close cooperation with all the department as we are working as a team
- Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all Policies and Procedures and systems
- To Participate in the monthly statistics and reports
- Handling VIP guests
