Job Qualifications

- Male or female, aged 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master- s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field.
- At least 5 years- experience in human resources. Management level experience preferred.
- Having experience in setting up new HR policy and structure is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
2. Managing recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment.
3. Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluations, training & development, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
4. Monitoring salary structure and benefits to ensure a balance between cost controls and attracting/retaining staff.
5. Facilitating the personal performance management processes for employees.
6. Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
7. Providing consultancy advice to all internal parties on labor law compliance, and tax and workman compensation law in alignment with company policies and regulations.
