Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

- Male or female age not over 45 years old
- Bachelor- s Degree or above in any related field
- 3-5 years experiences in similar capacity in an international hotel or resort
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and creative skill
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good teamwork spirit
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Be able to base on Koh Chang

- Supervising the levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, marketing, operating costs and hygiene
- Coordinating and supervising the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, systems and best practice
- The training and coaching of employees to enhance performance
- Demonstrating an awareness of health and safety policies and procedures
- In the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager, take responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation.
