-1 year of relevant prior experience working within a HR Office.
-Supporting a workforce of at least 700 employees.
-Supporting the processing of: Visas, Work Permits, Recruitment, Insurance Licensing, Payroll, Employee/Customer Support.
Supporting the processing of payroll, which includes
ensuring absences, vacations and sick time are recorded on the system.
-Answering payroll questions.
-Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
-Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions,
reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for
payment.
-Supporting and participating in recruitment efforts.
-Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
-Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
-Collecting employment and tax information.
-Supporting background and reference checks.
-Preparing new employee files.
-Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit
Documentation.
-Processing Starters, Leavers and Movers (supporting log-in,
workstation, email address, etc.)
-Conducting benefit enrollment process.
-Supporting new employment assessments and probation.
-Supporting HR files and databases.
-Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
-Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
-Supporting file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
-Supporting payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
-Supporting termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
-Operating the HR helpdesk process, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries.
-Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner

-Providing customer service to organization employees.
