MAJOR FUNCTION:
To ensure that room use and revenue is maximized through the accurate handling of hotel reservations, maintaining a consistently high standard of operation and customer service within the department as well as the profitability of the department by effectively controlling the cost and expenses.
Training and Development
- Ensure co-ordination and facilitation of the New Hire Training Program, ensuring all associates are trained in PMS, Sales Skills, & Customer Service Skills.
- Support the Supervisors in monitoring RSA calls to ensure call standards are adhered to at all times and ability to coach RSAs in weak areas.
- Keep up to date on Dvaree Brand promotions and any changes/enhancements.
- Keep current on all PMS related upgrades and enhancements making sure that all associates are aware of any changes.
- As required, assist with the hiring of new associates for the team
