GENERAL MISSION
- Operational in charge of cleaning all kitchen machinery, utensil and for the outlets e.g. Cutlery, china ware and glasses.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- Keep the respective kitchen utensils and equipment clean at all times under the direct supervision of respective section head or supervisor
- Check and setup pot washing area
- Distribute all clean equipment to assigned area or shelve
- Wash pots and pans and place them upside down
- Collect and deliver garbage from all food and beverage sections
- Clean tank, mob and equipment used, hourly
- Cleaning kitchen floor area, walk-in refrigerators in connection with the respective section head in charge or supervisor
- Keep dish washing area clean and tidy
- Dish washing machine in clean functional state, reporting apparent defect to supervisor immediately
- Reduces, control and keep all breakage documented and submits after shift to supervisor
- Carry out any alternative duties as may assigned by Sous-Chef or Executive Chef
- Assist by setting up buffets at any location and the clearance
