Playa International is planning to build a tour department which focus on wellness and upscale customer. Therefore, we are looking for a person who can set up and manage team throughout revenue strategies in order to maximize revenue.

Job Description :-
1. Plans and directs the operations and departments
2. Provide leadership and vision to the organization
3. Establishes the financial and service standards of the organization
4. Prepares budgets
5. Monitors expenses
6. Analyze market and re-focus business plan in response to market changes
7. Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
8. Enhance company- s positive image and maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
9. selling travel products and tour packages
10. liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance
11. Negotiate agreements and competitive rates with suppliers
