รายละเอียดงาน
- Handle all maintenance operations in the hotel, including, but not limited to plumbing, preventative maintenance, rooms, air/heating units, operation machines, swimming pools, lighting, kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments (i.e., Front Office, Kitchen and Housekeeping Departments) to solve problems and ensure smooth operation.
- Complete work assignments on time and by a specified date and report directly to GM.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet maintenance work schedules and recommend measures to improve engineering related to the hotel.
- Have a knowledge of government regulations relating to the hotel- s operations, ensuring the hotel operates in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of any local authority.
- Supervise the team to assist both internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner at all times
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
