Job Qualifications

-ages 25-33
-Great communication skill both Thai/English in speaking, reading and writing
-Young & dynamic team player, open-minded attitude, good personality, well organized and highly ownership taking with low-supervised
-Able to work well with the whole team, supplier and investors
-At least 3 years experience in full restaurant service, preferably upscale restaurant (or 5* hotel)
In the supervisor position
-Good F&B knowledge especially European cuisine and wine
-Able to work well with high pace, grace with changes and challenge issues
-Fully understanding restaurant financial, business acumen, P&L control
-Capable of computer skill, MS office, iOS apps
-Always find the way to developing, motivating and highly engage with team to do better
-Highly super-visionary in restaurant upkeep
-Great at casual fine dining service, yet professional and solving problems
-Able to work at flexible hours and willing to take ownership beyond working hour
-Like to share ideas, feedback to the team.
