Learning & Development Manager

-Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
-Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
-Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
-Experience in project management and budgeting
-Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
-Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
-BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
-Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus

1.JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps staff and officers create long-term career plans within an organization.

2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
-Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
-Supervise technical training for staff.
-Conduct orientation sessions.
-Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
-Create testing and evaluation processes.
-Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
-Conduct performance evaluations.
-Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
-Provide performance feedback.
-Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
-Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
-Analyze the Skill map of operations, set the training program & criteria & test, follow up for the operations skill map training program and take the training record.
-Assist with the development of strategic plans.
-Recruit and take responsibility for local and international trainees.
