1. To responsible of beverage products which will be served to the guest according to hotel standard.
2. To control the bar stock in order to avoid losses and minimize the profitability margin targeted by the Management.
3. To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
4. To be always cleaned and properly dressed while on duty.
5. Supervises and checks the work of bar attendants.
