Job Qualifications

- Male / Female, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Hotel Management or a related field is required.
- At least 10 years- experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Good command in English language both of written and spoken.
- Strong communication, service and leadership skills.
- Open-minded and flexible with a can- do attitude.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, hotel software program)
- Must be creative and have a good story sense.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- Must be outgoing and enjoy working with people.

- Responsible for managing all of the Sales and Marketing activities; marketing strategy, advertising, promoting and sales of a hospitality property- s products.
- Works closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate marketing & sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues.
- Manages the sales effort and supports General Manager on operational issues.
- Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of sales team and identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Generating new ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business packages.
- Prepare press releases on the hotel and its promotions, events, etc., and arrange for photos to be taken.
- Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals and coordinates liaison between Sales & Marketing department and other departments.
- Managing relationships with agencies and partners and always develop new market for the hotel and target business contacts.
- Develops and fosters good rapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the hotel.
- Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of department to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Provides after-sales services and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
